1. Junior Branding / Packaging Designer

We are looking for a junior Branding/Packaging Designer for a full-time contract, able to deliver design projects of high quality and technical level with an eye on detail and confidence to take on, implement, improve and deliver a branding/packaging design project from start to finish.

Candidate Requirements

• Passionate about Graphic Design and Visual Communication
• Relevant studies on the field of Design
• Minimum 2 Years Experience in Agency or in-house
• Highly organised and consistent with time & task management.
• Effective communication and collaboration with external partners
• Strong interest in self-improvement and education on Design topics
• Essential Skills
• Basic knowledge of concepts like, typography, design and composition on print applications such as: Branding, Identity Systems, Packaging, Illustrations
• Excellent knowledge of print & packaging final artworking
• Excellent knowledge & hands on experience of modern design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
• Fluent in English writing and communication (Ideally also good knowledge of German Language)
• Good knowledge of techniques and mediums of production

Basic Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing final branding / packaging designs
• Developing packaging design concepts in a wide range of products/applications
• Communicating with clients and suppliers for feedback
• Organising and reviewing specifications of a product’s packaging
• Creating pre-production elements: colour proofs, mock-ups, etc.

2. Senior Branding / Packaging Designer

We are looking for a senior Branding/Packaging Designer for a full-time contract, able to create high-quality design concepts and applications from the ground up. Able to take on, implement, improve and deliver a branding/packaging/digital design project from start to finish.

Candidate Requirements

• Passionate about Graphic Design and Visual Communication
• Relevant studies on the field of Design
• Minimum 5 Years Experience on
• Highly organised and consistent with excellent task management, able to operate efficiently even under strict deadlines and time pressure
• Effective communication and collaboration with external partners
• Strong interest in self-improvement and education on Design topics
• Based in Thessaloniki

Essential Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Typography, Design, Layout, Colour in every brand touchpoint on print & digital applications, such as Branding, Identity Systems, Packaging, UI, Web Design, Animation & Motion Design.
• Create mood boards, design audits, and presentations when required.
• Experience and involvement in the art direction of photoshoots
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of Adobe design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, etc.)
• Fluent in English writing and communication (Ideally also good knowledge of German Language)
• Effective communication and collaboration with external partners

Key Responsibilities

• Create & monitor the development, implementation and presentation of original concepts for Branding / Packaging / Web / Advertising.
• Collaborate with external partners that take part in a creative process, e.g. Illustrators, Photographers, Production Agencies, etc.
• Attend client briefing, present work to the client, collect feedback
• Handle the creative part of projects including:
  - task delegation to inner creative teams and third parties/associates
  - overview and collaboration with the DTP team for the final artworks
• Curate the specs of a packaging/print
